Inviting Feedback on Strategic Plan

Dear Parents and Caregivers,

A very warm welcome to 2019 for all Cornwall Park District School (CPDS) families. To those of you whom are new to our community, a very special and warm welcome to you too.

If you are new to our school we look forward to getting to know you and your extended family and friends. We know you will enjoy our open and inclusive culture and we really encourage you to get involved during the first term as there are a number of great fun social and fundraising events in the calendar.

It’s always wonderful to see the extensive use of the school pool over the Summer months – quite the social hub for children and families over the long Christmas/New Year school holidays!

Our new community area, complete with ‘garden to plate’ set up, is well into development and will benefit both learning and social gatherings at school. We know it will be a fun space for our children and their families.

In preparation for the year ahead, the Board of Trustees met ahead of its first board meeting to refresh the school’s three-year strategy. As a board we work hard to maintain open and transparent activity throughout the year and, as such, we welcome all feedback on the draft strategy below. If you are keen to contribute, please send your thoughts and considerations on CPDS’s three-year strategy to bot@cpds.school.nz by the Friday, 1^st February, 2019.
