Whakapau kaha – to be better than before.

I was born in China, and my family immigrated to New Zealand 20 years ago. My husband, Franklin and I have two daughters: Sophie, a young doctor working at Auckland Hospital, and Alice, a high school student studying at EGGS. My family shares the same passion for music, and we love traveling, exploring good food, and watching movies as a family.

I had been teaching at Pukekohe Hill School for 18 years as a junior school teacher from 2005 until April 2023. Afterward, I worked for ACG Parnell Primary School as a new entrant teacher for half a year last year. I feel excited to join CPDS this year and feel privileged to work with an amazing team of excellent educators.

Teaching young children has always been my career passion, and I feel proud of making a positive difference in the young minds.
