Last night, I attended the Y5 and 6 Remuera Lions’ Speech Competition along with Gail Christie. There were 10 speakers from schools in our area and the standard was very high. Even though she was not placed, I would like to acknowledge what a wonderful representative Lauren C (Rm 28) was. Her speech was extremely well crafted and her presentation impressive. Congratulations Lauren; we are all very proud of you!
