Dear Parents
The Parent/Student/Teacher Conferences will be held on Tuesday 29th May and Wednesday 30 May. Each conference will be for 12 minutes and will be held in your child’s classroom. Bookings will open on Friday 11th May at 9.00am and can be made online www.schoolinterviews.co.nz, our school code is qb9z2. You will need to select your child’s ‘Team Name’ in order to make a booking with your Teacher. Alternatively if you do not have access to the internet, the office can make the booking for you.
The Leadership Team including Principal, Janine Irvine and Associate Principals Dawn Wood and Shanthan Naidu will be available for interviews, as well as Paul Campbell, PE and Sport Specialist, Francine Werry, Music Specialist and Cynthia Peat and Linda Yu, ESOL Teachers.
As a result of the early start to conferences on Tuesday 29th May we would like the children to go home if possible at 12.30 pm. If you haven’t already done so, please fill in the form below to advise us what arrangements have been made for the collection of your child. If it is not possible for your child to go home at 12.30 pm or we do not receive your confirmed arrangements below, supervision will be arranged at school until 3 pm, however we would be extremely grateful if arrangements could be made for all children to be collected early.
