Whakapau kaha – to be better than before.

It has been a very busy week for the staff and students. It has been pleasing to see so many keen learners that were willing to share their wonderful learning with me. This week I had the pleasure of reading wonderful stories from Molly, Thea and Emma, our Y2 learners in Room 12. I was really impressed with their storytelling ability and the enthusiastic manner in which they shared their writing. They also shared, their Beanie Boo’s with me, and I shared mine with them, as can be seen in this picture. I also happen to witness wonderful learning conversations, brainstorming & artwork in other classes around the school.

National Scout Scarf Day

On Wednesday the 1 August, is SCOUT Scarf Day. This is a great opportunity for student’s that belong to scout groups to wear their scarves to school over the top of their uniform. We look forward to seeing them proudly wear their scout scarves. Please click on the link for further information.
