I have been a teacher at Cornwall Park District School since 2020 and it has been a privilege to teach alongside such knowledgeable and friendly staff in my time here. I began as a teacher in the middle school, teaching our Year 3 & 4 tamariki throughout periods of online learning, which has taught me important lessons in collaboration, flexibility and resilience.
Now I am a teacher in the senior school and an active member of our school’s E-learning team, which oversees the digital systems we use at CPDS. In addition teaching and up skilling in the area of Digital Technologies has given me countless opportunities to innovate and shape the digital sphere both in my classroom and the school at large.
In my spare time, I enjoy trying out new hobbies and activities like surfing, snowboarding and golf. I relish the chance to explore different parts of New Zealand, especially some of the pristine beaches.
