Hi, my name is Jed Stanton and I am teaching in Room 5. I am very excited to become part of the CPDS team this year, and love the welcoming atmosphere and learning focus that I’ve encountered here. I love to encourage students to think for themselves, and to challenge ideas in a respectful way. While I enjoy all subjects, mathematics is a big strength of mine, and I pride myself in the ability to get students on board to become little mathematicians!
I am new to central Auckland, having lived out west and north for most of my life. So feel free to drop any recommendations of great cafes and awesome things going on in town. When I’m not teaching, I love to read, jog and go on hikes.
