I have made the decision to postpone our planned Teacher Only Day, that we were due to hold, next Friday 28 August. After all the disruption to schooling over the last couple of weeks, I do not believe that it would be prudent to continue with this. I explored whether the day could be held within our Level 3 period, however, our external facilitator was unable to do this session virtually due to the nature of the activities. As the work we were planning to cover is extremely important to programmes we intend to roll out from the beginning of next year, we will most likely need to reschedule before the end of the school year. Whatever we decide, I will provide plenty of prior warning, and hopefully our next planned Teacher Only Day on Tuesday 27 October, will not be compromised by any change to levels in the future.
