Today, I was delivered the most devine salad courtesy of our Garden to Table ‘Gardening Club’. The group harvested some of the produce that was ready to eat and created the tastiest salad I have had for a long time, comprising of radishes, spinach, beans and topped off with a beautiful blueberry dressing. Below, is a picture of my plate before I demolished it, as well as a picture of Amelia and Paige who are representatives of our ‘Gardening Club’ for this photo shoot. I can’t wait for the next ‘harvest’! A huge thank you to Mrs Dev Singh, who has passionately driven this ‘Garden to Table’ initiative from it’s inception through to developing a great partnership with ‘Countdown’ and ensuring the area focuses on learning by providing some great life skills for our children.
