Whakapau kaha – to be better than before.

On March 1st, Cornwall will be hosting our first Girls and Women Club Day. This is where we will celebrate our female cricketers, and the Women’s World Cup will also be on display from 12.30 pm.

8 am – Our year 3-4 girls games & Under 11 softball games
9.30 am – U16 Perkins team game
11 am – Premier Women’s game
12.30 pm – Cricket World Cup Trophy appearance.
1 pm – Premier Reserve Women’s game

Welcome to term 4 of speech and drama classes. We hope you have all enjoyed a restful break as we look forward to seeing all of our returning students for a fun filled term of speech and drama classes.  Please note lessons will be starting next week 14th October.

Shine Achievement Award

Student safety

If your child is absent or will be away for the lesson can you please notify us through emailing shine@shine.school.nz at least 2 hours before the lesson. Please ensure your contact details are up to date and let us know if your details have changed or if there is another/additional number we should use to contact you.

We understand everyone is busy so we will roll over your child’s term 3 booking.  Please let us know as soon as you can if you aren’t continuing so we can offer their place to a child on our waiting list.

Know any girls ready to tackle the world, gain the spirit of adventure and make new friends along the way?

We are welcoming girls 7 to 9 to join our unit, Oranga Brownies based in Royal Oak on Tuesdays.

The girls learn new skills, love getting out and exploring, have fun in the outdoors, and gain a sense of achievement by earning badges along the way.

Next term we have a camp coming up, plus various outdoor activities.
