Kia ora CPDS whānau,
It is so great to join CPDS this year! I was born and raised in Canada but have always had a love for adventure and travel which brought me to New Zealand in 2019. I taught here from 2019-2021, and have recently returned with my Kiwi partner.
I love to experience the joy and wonder that tamariki bring to school each day. My goal is to create an environment where students can take risks and experience the excitement of learning together. There is nothing better than the lightbulb moment when something clicks for a child for the first time. Being part of that is so special!
Outside of school I enjoy going for hikes on the scenic trails across New Zealand. I also love coffee, yoga, skiing, music, and good quality time with my friends and family.
