Hi, I am a passionate and dedicated teacher with over 20 years of experience in primary education. As an artist, I believe children learn best through creativity, exploration and hands-on experiences that inspire curiosity and imagination. I am committed to creating a supportive and nurturing environment where every child feels valued, encouraged and confident to learn and grow. Building strong relationships with my students and their families is at the heart of my teaching approach.
Outside of the classroom, I love to escape to my property in Opononi where I enjoy riding my horse, painting and spending quality time with my family is a must. I feel privileged to help young learners discover their potential and develop a lifelong love of learning.
