My dream of becoming a teacher became a reality when I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Primary Teaching, in 2017. I have worked in 3 primary schools in Auckland and 1 ECE centre down in windy Wellington since then. Looking at my past experience, I realise that I enjoy change. This is probably a big reason as to why teaching is such a joy for me, as every day, every student and every whānau is different and it is my absolute pleasure to be part of their lives.
My daily goal is to spread my kind will, compassion and knowledge to each tamariki I have a kōrero with.
If you catch me outside of work, you’ll probably see me walking my dog Millie with my husband, enjoying a cup of coffee with a cheese scone at a local cafe, or planning my next trip with my friends and family.
