Whakapau kaha – to be better than before.

My role at CPDS is a combination of teaching ESOL and Music and Coordinating and teaching in the CPDS Itinerant Music Programme, a plethora of multi-tasking. With music as one of my specialist subjects I have the pleasure of taking groups such as the Year 3-6 Choirs, Ukulele group, Chamber Group, String Ensemble and Orchestra.  We perform in our local community and when possible in the wider community. I am passionate and committed to all that I undertake at CPDS with the underlying premise to provide students with opportunities and pathways to develop their potential and to be the best that they can be.

My husband and I have 4 children and 3 grandsons. My children attended CPDS and now two of my grandsons attend CPDS. It amazes me how quickly the years have flown by. I am a dedicated foodie and enjoy cooking, travelling, gardening (The weeds are a continuous challenge!) and of course spending time with family and friends.
