I have been part of the Cornwall Park School community since 2011 and in 2016 I became one of the Team Leaders within the Junior School. Before teaching at CPDS, I taught down in Hamilton. I have spent most of my teaching career in the Junior School. In 2018 I trained as a Reading Recovery Teacher, and now add these skills to CPDS. As a teacher you can have a big influence and impact on your students. I strive to provide my students with an inspiring learning environment, and set high expectations for every child to meet. I strongly believe that building positive relationships with families and creating a fun and caring ‘class community’ will help each child to discover their full potential and grow.
Jarrod and I live locally and our son Zachary went through CPDS. As a family we enjoy snowboarding, being outdoors and spending family time together.
