As we head into our final week of preparations for the return of the legendary Fair EVERY day counts! It is no small feat to organise such a big event and we'd like to send a HUGE thanks to the teachers and volunteers busy getting their stalls ready for Fair Day, to those in the sorting room shifting through the donated treasures, to the committee for doing such an amazing job, and to the office for being so supportive. The fair would simply not be possible without you. We can't wait to see it all come together and the enjoyment out kids get out of it.

CPDS FAIR RAFFLE

We have sold 1000 tickets.

Let’s do a big push leading up to fair day. We have some incredible effort by some of our families, but there are plenty that have yet to sell a ticket. If you are having any problems or want to buy tickets for cash, see us outside the library each morning.

If each child sells 6 tickets each we will be on our way to raising funds for the school hall.

The raffle is a big part of the fair proceeds.

We have prizes of a $100 Prezy Card.

for the junior/middle/senior school student who is nominated the most!

Your Information is safe.

We will not be sharing your information with anyone when you sign up for the raffle, we only need your details so you are automatically notified if you win the raffle or the silent auction. The raffle is drawn at the end of the Live Auction and you will be notified via a txt message.

CASH SALE OF RAFFLE TICKETS

If you are more comfortable buying tickets with cash we will be selling tickets outside the library each morning.

Syndicate & Childrens Raffles

The raffle tickets are being sold outside of the library before and after school, buy your tickets now so you don't forget before fair day. Childrens raffles cost $1 a ticket and Adult Raffles $2 a ticket or 3 for $5.

CAKE BOXES

The bake sale is a popular stall at the fair and this is where your contribution to the fair is very appreciated. You will have the Cake boxes coming home Wednesday next week. If you need ideas for recipes the office will have some recipes printed out for you to choose from. Cakes and slices should be delivered Saturday morning of the fair. Attached to your cake box is all the instructions on where to drop off.

Indian Sweets

As you are aware that our legendary school fair is coming up, we are thinking of introducing some delicious Indian sweets in our Sweet Stall. We are looking for some Indian sweets which are dry (not soaked in sugar syrup), have long shelf-life and are easy to pack such as “Shakkar pada”, “besan laddu”, "coconut laddu”, etc …. some other creative ideas are also welcome. As it is our first time having Indian sweets, we are not expecting them to be made in bulk, instead we wish you all to come forward and make some authentic, mouth-watering sweets from our country at your convenience. Please bring them in by Thursday 4th April 2019 as we will start bagging them up on Friday and Saturday before the fair.

Can you help out our smoothie stall with feijoas, please email Shelley on shelldt@yahoo.com

SILENT AUCTION

The silent auction is now live, and you can start making your bids. If you have already brought a raffle ticket you are already registered and can start bidding. Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors we have a great selection of auction items, don’t miss out. Keep checking back as more items go up. The Silent Auction closes Fair Day at 11.30am.
