Ways to Pay for the School Donation and Other Charges
Kindo is our preferred method for school families to make all payments. When making a payment to Kindo you’ll be paying the business known as “The Growth Collective.”
3 payment methods are offered. POLi, internet banking and by credit card. Paying by credit card does incur an additional charge, the other 2 options are fee free.
1. POLi: This is the easiest and most immediate form of making payment. You will be redirected to your bank website to complete the payment using internet banking. The reference and code sections are for your reference only. However, not all banks are linked to POLi.
2. Internet banking: 2 business days are required for the transfer of funds into your Kindo account. Therefore, if, for example, your child is going on a class trip on Friday morning, in order for the school to be aware that you’ve made the payment, your payment would need to be placed by Tuesday evening. Please ensure that you include the exact reference information supplied by Kindo at the time you go to the check out.
These are the details you’ll need:
Recipient (Payee) Name: The Growth Collective Limited
Recipient (Payee) Account Number: 03 0180 0157207 25
Particulars: The first 12 characters of your login email (supplied by Kindo at the time you go to the check out)
Code: leave blank
Reference: Your member number (supplied by Kindo at the time you go to the check out and also found in the My Account tab.)
(International customers: please use Swift Code WPACNZ2W Westpac New Zealand Limited, Mairangi Bay Branch)
Please be careful! Internet banking payments made without your member number will not contain enough information for Kindo to reconcile and top up your account. This must go into the reference section at the time of payment.
3. Credit Card: A service fee applies (2.5% + 50c). Card payments are handled securely through DPS Payment Express – a Global Gateway provider, fully certified as Visa AIS and Mastercard SDP (PCI DSS) Compliant. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Union Pay are accepted cards.
As some payments are regarded as a donation, items found under the Payments and Donations heading can usually be adjusted to reflect the amount you’re willing to pay. We are obviously grateful for any contributions made to the school.
Payments for all charges and the school donation can also be made by instalments. You can set up regular payments to your Kindo account through your bank account. The Payee details and your member number to include in the reference sections can be found in the “top up account” from the My Kindo drop down menu. Once you have sufficient funds in your Kindo account put the item into your cart and use the funds available to complete payment.
Other Payment Methods: We are still able to accept payments by direct credit into the school’s bank account 12 3021 0240840 04. (Please include the child’s name, room number and what you are paying for in the reference sections). Eftpos and cash payments can be made at the office, although due to the decreasing amount of cash we now handle, this is our least preferred option.
